One key strategy is to promote cross-functional collaboration. By encouraging collaboration between departments, such as development, operations, and quality assurance, teams become more versatile and capable of responding to shifting project needs. This reduces the reliance on isolated expertise and enables faster problem-solving when challenges arise.
