Role Overview
The Associate Consultant will play a crucial role in developing AI and automation solutions by managing product backlogs, serving as a Scrum Master, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring smooth communication between developers and stakeholders, and driving successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories and tasks are prioritized and refined.
Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Write clear, concise user stories and define acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and developers.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure that features meet the defined requirements and timelines.
Monitor and report on the progress of product development, addressing any impediments or challenges that arise.
Produce weekly project status reports and provide read-outs to APGET and client teams.
Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a product owner role.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience managing product backlogs.
Strong skills in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
Strong skills in process modeling.
Exposure and basic skills in wireframing UI mock-ups.
Experience working closely with developers and technical teams.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
