Role Overview

The Associate Consultant will play a crucial role in developing AI and automation solutions by managing product backlogs, serving as a Scrum Master, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring smooth communication between developers and stakeholders, and driving successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories and tasks are prioritized and refined.

  • Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

  • Write clear, concise user stories and define acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and developers.

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure that features meet the defined requirements and timelines.

  • Monitor and report on the progress of product development, addressing any impediments or challenges that arise.

  • Produce weekly project status reports and provide read-outs to APGET and client teams.

  • Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a product owner role.

  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience managing product backlogs.

  • Strong skills in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.

  • Strong skills in process modeling.

  • Exposure and basic skills in wireframing UI mock-ups.

  • Experience working closely with developers and technical teams.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
