Role Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in helping organizations improve their operations, processes, and decision-making strategies. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, facilitate communication between teams, and ensure projects are completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
Bridge the gap between business teams and IT to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Conduct process analysis and suggest improvements for business operations.
Assist in the development and execution of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and understanding of project objectives.
Perform data analysis to support business decision-making and recommend actionable insights.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of business process analysis, documentation, and improvement techniques.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools.
Experience with business requirements gathering and data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, or similar platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
