Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap development to execution and launch. You will collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and design teams to deliver successful products that meet customer needs and business goals. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and market demands.
Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to ensure successful product launches.
Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to drive product innovation and improvement.
Define key product metrics and track performance to ensure goals are being met.
Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that products deliver value and meet market needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.
Act as a mentor and leader to junior product managers and teams, driving best practices in product management.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Manager, with at least 5+ years in a senior or leadership role.
Strong background in product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple products and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
Solid understanding of market analysis, customer research, and data-driven decision-making.
Technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
