Role Overview
As a Senior Program Manager, you will oversee large-scale programs, guiding multiple projects from conception through execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution. Your leadership will be key in managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risks while ensuring that the overall program delivers on strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end management of complex programs, ensuring successful delivery across multiple teams and projects.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align program objectives with business strategies.
Oversee program planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on program goals and timelines.
Communicate program updates, risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Facilitate collaboration between teams, optimizing workflows and removing roadblocks.
Ensure programs adhere to Agile, DevOps, or Lean methodologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Anticipate challenges and implement risk mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Program Manager, with at least 7+ years in program or project management, preferably in the technology sector.
Strong background in managing complex, multi-team projects, ideally with a focus on software development, SaaS, or financial technology.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present program updates to senior leadership.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
