Role Overview
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee complex, multi-team projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet strategic business goals. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders while guiding teams through Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate the complexities of tech project management will be crucial to delivering successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for complex technical initiatives, from planning and execution to delivery.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
Implement Agile or Scrum methodologies to optimize workflow and manage sprint cycles.
Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
Ensure project milestones are met on time while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and problem-solving.
Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, ensuring efficient and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with at least 7+ years in project management, preferably in the technology or software development sector.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and present to executive stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-team projects from start to finish.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of successfully mitigating project risks.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
